You spend your days taking care of others. Therapy gives you a place where someone takes care of you.

I help first responders, healthcare professionals, shift workers, and high-functioning adults navigate trauma, burnout, anxiety, moral injury, and the invisible weight of always being the strong one.

Therapy for the People Everyone Else Depends On

Therapy with someone who’s been there.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent decades responding to emergencies, working long shifts, and making difficult decisions under pressure.

That experience taught me something that still shapes my work today:

People who spend their lives helping others often have the hardest time asking for help themselves.

Therapy with me isn't about analyzing every detail of your life or telling you how to feel. It's a collaborative process focused on helping you understand what's happening, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward in a way that fits your life.

Whether you're carrying the weight of one difficult event or years of accumulated stress, you don't have to carry it alone.
