Therapy for Therapists in Orlando & Across Florida

A Place Where You Don’t Have to Be the Therapist

You spend your days helping others make sense of their lives.

You hold space for grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and uncertainty. You celebrate your clients' victories, carry concern for the ones who are struggling, and often leave work thinking about the people you couldn't quite stop thinking about.

While therapists are trained to care for others, we're not immune to stress, burnout, self-doubt, or the challenges of being human.

Sometimes it's helpful to have a place where you don't have to be the one with the answers.

That's what therapy can be.

Therapy Is Different When You’re the Therapist

Therapists often hesitate to seek therapy for reasons that make perfect sense.

You may wonder if you'll spend the session talking shop instead of talking about yourself.

You may worry about being judged by another clinician or feel pressure to present yourself as someone who already knows what to do.

Or perhaps you've simply become so accustomed to caring for others that prioritizing your own well-being feels unfamiliar.

Therapy doesn't require you to set aside your clinical knowledge. But it does give you permission to step out of the therapist role for a while and simply be another human being navigating life's challenges.

What Brings Therapists to Therapy?

Every therapist's story is different, but many seek therapy because of:

  • Burnout and compassion fatigue

  • Chronic stress or anxiety

  • Relationship challenges

  • Major life transitions

  • Grief and loss

  • Difficult client experiences

  • Perfectionism and self-criticism

  • Balancing work and family

  • Personal trauma

  • A desire for personal growth

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Sometimes the goal isn't fixing something that's broken—it's creating space to reconnect with yourself.

You Don’t Have to Perform Here

In your office, you're expected to stay grounded, think clinically, and hold space for others. In this office, you don't have to perform competence or have the right words. You get to be a person first and a therapist second.

My Approach

My style is collaborative, conversational, and practical.

I won't assume that because you're a therapist, you don't need guidance. At the same time, I respect your knowledge and experience. Therapy isn't about teaching you concepts you already know—it's about helping you apply them to your own life when it's difficult to see the path clearly.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt therapy, and other evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to your goals, personality, and values.

Confidentiality Matters

Many therapists understandably have questions about privacy.

Your therapy is confidential, just as it would be for any other client. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly without worrying about being evaluated, supervised, or expected to have it all together.

This is your space—not your consultation group.

You Deserve the Same Care You Offer Others

You spend your career helping people carry difficult things.

You deserve a place where someone helps you carry yours.

If you're looking for a therapist who understands the weight of caring professions and values authenticity, curiosity, and collaboration, I'd be honored to work with you.
